#nathanmackinnon #coloradoavalanche #avs #nhl #hockey #documentary

I apologize boys if the end seems sporadic and choppy! I used clips from the Colorado Avs Stanley cup film and the copyright bots didn’t seem to like that so I had to cut those clips out :/ and sadly that cut out the part where I talk about the goaltending change from Philipp Grubauer to Darcy kuemper, hopefully the video stays up!
Thank you so much for making this video! I’ve been waiting forever for someone to make a video like this.
Idk what’s more nostalgic, seeing old nhl games, or listening to the donkey Kong soundtrack
to this day i am surprised that mackinnon didn't get the hart trophy in 2018
That transition to the montage for the 2022 Cup run was perfect. Really well done!
Got me tearing up, love my avs🙏 what a journey we got to experience. Amazing video my guy🔥🔥
Awesome video! I have always why they never made a Stanley cup season video like the ones made for the 1996 and 2001 seasons (both of which I watched over and over again as a kid). This is basically the same type of thing so thank you so much for making it, you did a fantastic job!
Great video, them winning that cup got me back on the ice myself after 15 years. Im now in the best shape of my life and ripping goals again. From game 82 to the cup, what a ride it was.
32:58 I was at this game! First game I was at to see the Avs win lol and happened to fall on my moms birthday as well
Watched every game of the 48 point season. So, when they won the cup it was incredible
This was amazing!!! Thank you 🖤🖤🖤
Amazing vid from start to finish, go avs!!!
The hardest series in that cup run was against the Blues and Naz emerged as the star. After his collision with Binnenton (he was pushed) the blues went full on racist against him, even as far as death threats to him and his family. He answered them with a hat trick. Then he hurt his hand, only to come back in the final game to score the game winning goal with his hand barely traped together. From them on, you knew they were winning the cup.
You got me teary eyed man. Been through it all this past decade. Season tickets throughout. In that 2016/17 year I saw them win at home 3 times. Flash forward to being at Games 1 and 2 of the SCF. Amazing video. Thank you.
I wasnt able to respond to a host of nostalgic comments because mine were deleted after complementing your video, so subsequently I removed my original post destroying all their memories and wasted their time for words typed. You're welcome.
Lifelong Avs fan here since ‘95….this cup run always brings tears to my eyes. Well done, well freaking done.
i jumpscared myself in this video (i’m on the far right at 11:48)
31:54 I miss Peter RIP
Avs also traded for Nico sturm at the deadline in the cup season
Amazing video
I saw them win that year. I don't know what game but every year for the last 14 years (2020 being the exception) I have seen an avalanche home win
I don't know what's with the SimCity music. Otherwise good video
I'll never forget Chris Osgood gave Roy that 2 piece extra crispy. Still have a Chris Osgood #30 jersey i got for Christmas after that brawl.
