  1. I hate blaming the refs for a loss, but that game was terrible. Cross-checking on Matthews, Fehérváry defending with no helmet, and a ref redirecting a clear right to Washington for the winning goal. GG Caps, you looked good out there.

  2. An excellent game from Lindgren. It's great to see him staying as a 1B option and making sure that the Capitals can keep rotating him with Thompson.

Both teams played well, but a lucky bounce in the third period went the Capitals way. Both teams can agree that the refs suck, a lot of missed calls or bad calls both ways.

  3. That Lindgren save at the end when Fehervary had his helmet knocked off was insane. If it's a penalty to play the puck without a helmet it should be penalty to intentionally knock an opponents helmet off because Tavares absolutely did that on purpose. Good non call by the refs.

  4. Nylander totally tried to grab that stick but Chycrun did goof up.

Also, taunting while the player is behind the glass? Classy.

  5. Overtime would've been fun. Too bad Washington's game winner came as a bad bounce off the refs skate, but that's hockey for ya.

  6. As the Caps Flex continues…that's without the GOAL goat . Charlie wasnt phased by Mathews hahaha dude doesn't have the ice present that Ovi has.

  7. Love the CAPS board work. Everyone is working to keep the puck in the offensive zone. Definitely wears down offensively constructed teams. Now, I am imagining Ovi and a young, talented Ryan Leonard with this team. Our future looks bright, especially with Carbery.
