Dubas was given too much credit and was a kid basically when it comes to GMs in this league. Maybe after a few more big mistakes like Guentzel gone and Crosby shaking his head to 'WHY' to their failures since Dubas came on board, he could become a good builder but I will not hold my breath!
Keefe will get NJ Devils youngsters to a Good place but will eventually have to be shown the door again, unless some miracle happens and he understands the playoffs better and the lack of many superstars works for his style, I guess!

The best option and a bit cheaper is Bring Kadri Home! That is something that just might be able to happen. Calgary is in rebuild mode. With Alex Nylander looking good, they could trade Robertson, Kampf and whoever else helps get you the space. Keep Steeves or Grebenkin with the team and trade those players for picks to give to Calgary since theyre rebuild mode!

Here's why the Leafs will advance a few rounds this year. In years' past, they were in a search for d-men or goaltending primarily at the trade deadline, but hard to find without paying a huge price. Now their gaps to fill are upgrades in a couple of forward spots, much easier to achieve.

Crosby to Toronto does make the most sense. Crosby isn't chasing any individual records like Ovechkin, sure playing with MacKinnon winning a another cup in Colorado is nice but there's not as much meaning as it would be winning one in Toronto. There's just a bigger legacy opportunity in Toronto for Crosby. Granted Crosby's legacy is second to one, but winning a cup on Toronto is really the only thing that adds to it in my opinion

Toronto has always lacked goalies for playoffs and now they have the #1 Goalie duo (tandem) in the entire NHL and they have good defense and they have good playmakers and good scorers.
