Less than 5 hours sleep, the kids are home from school because of inclement weather here in NY and it's all good when The Devils play like that. I even stayed up to watch the Rangers play like complete cheeks and choke it in Calgary. LGD!!!

Looks like Noesen has found a place to show off his skills(What a tip in!). He's been much more than a grinder. Great job by Fitzgerald bringing in Noesen, Cotter, Dillon, Pesce and Kovacevik. So far a huge off season haul!
The Florida wins were huge but this felt like the biggest win of the year so far to me. If they'd lost to Tampa AND to the Carowhalers, the wins vs Florida would have felt less meaningful.
But also, they're leading our division.
They beat us earlier, and really outplayed us.
They beat us in the playoffs.
Their entire team is made up of faceless NPCs with no soul.

What a win! Finally handing the Canes an L. The boys are taking it to the top teams as of right now in the young season. That Jack saucer pass to Noesen was a thing of beauty and the finish was also. Noesen IS the deal of the offseason. Thank the Gods we have someone willing to play around the Crease. He will definitely have a career year playing with Jack and Bratt. No doubt. Nice to see Douglas put one in the back of the net.

Still jacked and impressed over that win. With Keefe behind the helm, the boys managed and executed that game on a really high level I thought against a constantly rabid Carolina team. Usually going down early spells doom against them, but we played a mature, fast, and heavy game. Stretches of coming in waves on offense, defending well and blocking shots, all knotted together by a full team buy in. Did you see the Noesen premature interview dip on Rachel I was telling you about? 😅

Great win! Love all the salty canes fans saying they were on a back to back and had their 3rd string goalie in net… lmao. Devils have had a top 3 hardest schedule in the NHL.
Dougie had an incredible game. He had two big hits and broke up a couple plays. And of course that goal.
Nice to see our former canes putting a beating on them.
4th line also had some solid shifts
It is nice to see the team starting to gel. They are definitely getting better at having less "high school hockey" moments. It was great to see the crowd stay engaged in the whole game. Fitz needs to work magic to keep the gang together for another year. If we can keep the team together, next year will be leaps about this year. Let's Go Devils.
What did we say Ace? Let's see how they're doing come Thanksgiving. Well here we are about a week early and they're really coming together, loving it. They just needed some time to get in the groove with all the new players/lines and Keefe leadership. Can't wait for Saturday. Lets Go Devils!!

I have to say, I was on here calling for Dillon in the Spring andxI am so glad they got him! What a beast!…Ace, there are rumblings that perhaps Brady Tkachuk shouldn't be captain in Ottawa….bad penalties taken last year and still losing and the frustration is setting in…..if they take the "C", he is out of there, in my opinion. Ottawa needs D and goalies help (Ullmark is not getting it done.) Two things the Devils have right now.

Well Ace, the boys didn't disappoint us against the panthers and they sure as hell didn't disappoint us against the canes they came out and played damn good 60 minutes of hockey. Bratt with 3 points, Jack with 3 points, and Dougie teaching em and with a nice goal making it 3-2 in the third. And in general these lines are showing more coordination then before, PB&J buzzing like never before our boys throwing their bodies around. Only taking 2 penalties and scoring 3 Powerplay goals and Marky with a win in his 500 career game what more can you ask form the boys. in overall the boys moms where there to watch them score, win, and play hockey and the cherry on top the rags losing to the flames cant ask for much more then that. LGD!!!
That deflection by Hughes was amazing! This was definitely a pleasant surprise. Hopefully, that goal by Dougie gets him going. He's a hell of a sniper, and can really score in clutch moments. We gotta go on a winning streak…We need to start getting some points, and make some room in the standings. Hopefully, we can take the next 3. I would love to see us win a cup on the 30th anniversary of us winning our 1st. That would be awesome! Btw ever try vodka with orange Fanta? Not the Fanta here in the US.
