Cut Dylan Cozens some slack as he was manhandled by the Caps on Saturday night. In case you missed it, 3 Sabres went after Marty Fehervary near their own net, one of the Sabres left leaving Ryan Johnson trying to hold Fehervary in a full nelson and Dylan Cozens facing Fehervary and cross checking him. Marty says, "you wanna go?" Dylan says, "yes." Johnson loses grip on Marty and Marty takes Cozens to the ice, manages to get up, and Marty takes him down again.
Back to back with travel really is no excuse. I've traveled before. It's just a lot of waiting. You're telling me you can't get up for a game because you spent a few hours the day before in the airport? This is the dumbest excuse for losing a game period or for playing sluggish. These are professional hockey players who are the most in shape people in the world. They can play a back to back and be fine. If you think these guys play like it's the playoffs every night you are just lying to yourselves. sometimes they just work less hard. Sometimes they barely BEND THEIR knees and then you go and are like man they are tired because they were on a plane for a few hours YESTERDAY? come on bro these guys are pros for a reason but they work just as hard as any competitive beer Leaguer because guess what if youre a competitive person you don't care if you are in the NHL or not you give it your all. We are talking about men in their absolute prime and we are crying like they don't have scientific recovery strategies that can have them feeling good as new by the next day as long as they aren't injured.
Steve Dangle is the biggest player apologist anywhere around the NHL it's his constant excuse.
So weird, the leafs won the game and it was a back to back with travel? It's almost like the fact that it was a back to back with travel… What is JT like 36-37 years old? He didn't look like he missed a beat so which is it? Does back to back with travel give you tired players? Maybe the ones that are out of shape and you know there's a few of them in there that are high skill that are not in the best shape. But never will you hear me excuse my team for not showing up for a back to back game.
Steve you are too easy on your team and this is why they disappoint you year after year you invent excuses for this team to an incredible degree.
Keeeeep the lines from this buffalo game. Keep it the same . For the love of god stop changing the lines. Everyone that didn’t play in that game can be traded for better players. Let domi Robertson and mcmann marinate on their line . Johnny Toronto is on fire and Willy is a Legend . Go leafs Go

Blackouts are set for city centers, typically within 50 km, or for regions, which can include provinces and territories. Each league has different blackout rules that can change at any time. Blackouts can also apply to PPV sporting events.
So essentially, the NHL advises how blackouts work if sportsnet or espn+ wants to broadcast games.
This is NHL's doing because if there were no blackouts, you best believe your cable provider would broadcast it for more vierwership = more $$.

Terry Pegula needs to just write checks and everyone in the front office needs to be fired. He left the Bills alone and look how good they have become. We have one of the smallest scouting departments in the NHL. We need guys who know hockey and can tell Terry to shove it. Ruff needs to pick his coaching staff. Some of these guys need AHL time to develop instead of getting thrown into the NHL.

Tavares always excelled playing with simple types of players. Berube uses a straightforward predictable playstyle that helps a guy that relies more on his i.q. like j.t. It looks like the game is more infront of johnny and is more suitable for the types of plays that made him who he was when he was younger. Berube throwback, johnny throwback, patches throwback, domi throwback, our entire dcore now throwback, flordia panthers throwback, vegas throwback, there seems to be a trend going on lol. Leafs up until last years deadline, were going to do the opposite, reinvent the wheel, play a new style of keep away, what it doesn't work in the throwback playoffs whatttt lol

Lol i loved this game ..internet was going crazy leafs are trash and rubbing it in …😮 I was like NO this cant be happening… Then leafs raining goals just started raining ….it was like a rain storm …lol and lions were giving the bills a good fight … So buffalo was really quiet for an hour lol 😅
