  1. “Wide formation tonight”….next time in will be in the crowd…eventually will be the wet noogy…or the wedgy….or goose random audience member…”
    WTF! Wake up!
    STOP THIS BS!!!!
(Or at least limit it to preseason games)

  2. This is sooo adorable. These little boys played there hearts out. Hope their moms brought them juice boxes and orange slices or maybe a pizza party and sleepover at Hamilton’s house.

  3. Best thing about this surge was the timing. This year the wave has stuttered around the lower bowl night after night. Earlier during the third period the wave rolled around the whole place all three levels. The best version of it yet this year. If you hate the surge, get over it, and just don't watch it. Along with winning of course, it has brought the fan base back to the team in a passionate way. Voted the hardest place to play on the road, the loudest arena in hockey years ago. Late last year and all of this year it is returning to that form. My season tickets are in what is considered the away end. I Cant tell you how many fans of our opponents have made comments to the fact that they cant hate the team they just lost to for two reasons. 1. the way they play, a workman/effort brand of hockey. 2. the way they have connected with the fan base. Even fans that are transplants from "up north" have made positive comments about how great the atmosphere is in the building during games. When Don Cherry made his rant last year and tagged them as a bunch of jerks, the bunch of jerks t shirt sales went to all 50 states and over 30 countries in the first 24 hours. Regardless of what you may personally think about it, it has been great for hockey as whole.
