Thanks for this Gents. Sorry I missed it live. The Canucks need to do something with their "stars" forwards for sure! Lankinen lets in a Mc Softy on the first one, and the Canucks sagged even more. (Kind of reminded me of the Luongo days.) Back to Back is no excuse. Of course they need at least one better D as well. Looks definitely like a 500 Hockey Club with only 16 wins in 32 Games. Not even a Pretender anymore. Sad the way Petey and Miller are these days. I don't see how those 2 take up $20M of your Cap and get away with playing like that. And Boeser better get it going as this is a contract year. Just sayin…
I’m confused as to why JT miller isn’t on the left point on the PP where he’s put up a ton of points for this team over the last 3 years.
I thought when we had such a good season and a long playoff run last year that the Canucks had finally sorted out their inconsistency problems and lack of Compete. It appears the Canucks' poltergeists are back!
This looks like the last season of Travis Green. The team isn't playing a system that caters to the top end skill of the lineup, and hasn't since the middle of last year. The highwire act in the playoffs fooled the Coaches/ Management into thinking that that was the path to winning hockey, but it has steadily sucked the life out of the team.
