« Ottawa va participer aux séries éliminatoires grâce à Ullmark » : Biron sur la récente domination des gardiens

Linus Ullmark a été une des principales raisons du récent revirement des Sénateurs, notamment en obtenant une mention d’aide sur le but vainqueur en prolongation. L’analyste de TSN Hockey, Martin Biron, explique ce qui rend Ullmark si spécial sur et hors de la glace, l’impact de la résurgence de Zach Hyman sur les Oilers, et plus encore.

  1. As a Sens fan, whenever I hear the media say "Sens will make the playoffs" i just know we are going on a 10 game losing streak starting tomorrow

  2. Sens will see playoff action this season? The Jets, Leafs and Oilers, among Canadian NHL teams, throughout December have remained in top-3 divisional spots. The Canucks and Sens are in wildcard spots while the Flames are just out of a playoff spot and the Habs are 9 points out of one. Having 5 Canadian teams qualify for postseason play will be so good although does how many will ultimately qualify is anyone’s guess.

  3. Biron said “I THINK Ottawa is going to make the playoffs because of Linus Ullmark.” The title is a little off leaving out an important distinction.

  4. If the Sens make the playoffs I feel like they’d face a Metro team. At this point, Boston may very well be a wildcard spot team and I don’t think Ottawa will do better than them (I’d LOVE to be proven wrong on that later on), and the Metro teams are doing better so in the ways of seeding I feel like they’d probably face the Metro. Maybe a Sens vs Canes?

  5. Sens just need Kane for depth and a top 4 blueliner. that's it. Otherwsie, i think it is a bit shallow in depth. yet, playoffs may come this year because of Ullmark and Brady.
