Steve Dangle said on his podcast yesterday that his sources have told him that the Ranger veterans are incensed with Drury and want him fired because of how he handled Goodrow and Trouba. Don't know if that is true but it makes total sense.

This is the fault of GM Chris Drury; it reasonably appears that he lost his coach, Peter Loviette, and Loviette has also lost the locker room. I hope CEO Jim Dolan hires ex-ranger and GM with LVKnights "George McPhee." the core should have been traded over the summer and Drury's also responsible for some of the alienation. There are ways to move players and ways not to. But at the end of the day, it comes down to the owner. The same owner who defended and encouraged nearly 25 years of absolute and complete ineptness and absolute failure in Glen Sather. I'll guarantee he can't name ten players on the current roster. Trickledown theory can work well and also not work well. Dolan is an example of how not run a professional sports organization. Had he not been adopted by who we was adopted by, he'd more than likely be asking "would you like fries with that?"
