Heard all the noise about the Islanders going on to the second round without Tavares and the Leafs exiting early with him- well it turns out that the Islanders won as many games in the 2nd round as the Leafs.
By far 2019 Stanley Cup Playoffs, craziest I’ve seen ever. No number 1 seeds make it out of the first round, Tampa Bay Lightning 62 wins during the regular season and get completely dominated and swept by Columbus in the first round, also one thing that’s crazy is Islanders sweep the Penguins, then turn around and get swept by Carolina, who then turn around and get swept by Boston.
The craziest thing is the fact on January 2nd the St Louis Blues were second to last place in the NHL standings and then five months later, they are hoisting Lord Stanley’s Cup.
I was there at that game . I don't anyone was sitting in their seat The atmosphere was beyond electric . I wonder if there's a video of the crowd doing the "SWEEP" chant
