The Lakers should contact the Pelicans for Dejonte Murray for 2 reasons. Reason one he is young and athletic who can create his own shot he’s an okay defender and good mid range shooter. Reason 2. You can’t kept going with the D’ Angelo fiasco every year. Russell is not a bad player (who is actually a better shooter and play maker than Murray) but his floor
is so much lower when he is not on a heater. My issue the Lakers are not going to commit to him, so can’t keep signing every year to not lose his 18 million dollar salary.
