As much as I like Sheng he's very pessimistic person when it comes to the sharks. Sharks president Jonathan Becher did say on SJHN that the sharks and the city of san jose have a good relationship, and the city have said since 2021 have also said the want the sharks in san jose. The whole moving somewhere else is a scare tactic to make sure san jose keeps the sharks and not end up like oakland.
I would not want to go to San Francisco or Oakland to games. Baseball and football left Oakland. San Francisco is a dump. It's better for the Sharks to build a new team owned arena in San Jose or maybe in Santa Clara. Is there any room by the 49ers Santa Clara stadium. How about Moffet Field in Mountain View? South of San Jose State? I don't believe this video, but these are some options if true.

They’d have been better off paying for they’re own arena when they 1st started now they would own it and could make needed improvements. It’s not thought of as a top arena to play in anymore especially the visitors locker rooms situation lol
This would be a Huge mistake to move . The Revenue the Sharks Generate for the City is enormous . If anything the Shark Tank should be Renovated to 25,000 – 30,000 Seats
