This game was hard to watch
I wanna trade killer he is kinda trash
You say "Go Ducks" but that whole video sure didn't give me any confidence in that
like i said months ago, cutter is fuckin trash, hes a most likely a bust
10 more games played than jamie and only 9 more points
truth hurts, tough shit
Lets go Ducks!
I was so stoked for the Kilorn signing, I'm not anymore. Now that Fowler is gone Kilorn is the worst on the team.
And yeah, Terry really screwed Zelly with that pass. What I love about that one, at least Zelly tried to do something about it…he had no chance..but he tried.
When I coached, I always said " I don't care if anyone makes a mistake, as long as you try to correct it and not just give up"
The last one was all on Terry, complete idiot pass.
Yeah we had so many chances and shots that looked good but didn’t land. We can’t hope on goalies making mistakes and rush tipping only works if the team can 100% land them. It’s frustrating.
Cronin needs to get fired ASAP and ideally Verbeek as well. They are like Bob Murray and Randy Caryle from Temu.
All I'll say is that this game gave me a Migraine, 1/10, would not recommend
Edit: Looking back, this game was likely just a bummer, something that just happens when you have such a young core. But, MAN, this came at such a poor time. Still trying to hold on, but this season has been even more maddening than last season. Still holding for the future of this team, Let's Go Ducks!
I'm driving to CA on the 6th of January and will be at the Calgary game on the 7th. I hope they improve in a few weeks.
Been a fan since 1996 while starting high school in the US, but since 2003-20011, they've been very tough to watch. Though I LOVE the energy at the Honda Center ^_^. Such a nice, family friendly place!
I will be a fan for life though regardless of the outcomes. I'm hoping for a good game while I'm here!
Killorn's contract doesn't have much time left, right?
Seems like the Ducks have a problem developing talent: Zegras, Gauthier, McTavish, Mintyukov, Zellweger is sliding and now maybe even Dostal.
Just because these prospects are the best at training camp doesn’t mean putting them in the NHL at that point in their development means they couldn’t benefit from being in the AHL for some time.
Any in depth discussion of this anywhere?
same lines. same pp units. nothing is gunna change until cronins gone
Thought we had a decent first period. After that, not so much. Flyers were faster and wanted it more after that. We were flat.
Is there another coach you can think of that you would like to see? I’m kinda on the fence about Cronin. There has been improvement, especially with how few penalties we have had.
If we must move on I really like the idea of Gerard Gallant. He’s got a proven record in the NHL of winning games, and he just seems like a personable guy who can relate to our young group.
It’s like, Cronin is saying the right things, but he doesn’t have the personality to encourage buy in like I think someone like Gallant does. Look up a video of him Mic’d up and you will see what I mean. He’s encouraging, personable and actively coaches from the bench. I don’t know if Cronin really says much on the bench but every time it shows him he is always not talking to the players.
Here comes another lose
Killorn sucks. Don’t let those empty points fool you. I don’t care what his analytics show you, the eye shows he’s ass and getting a ton of ice time… thanks to Cronin.
“Just keep skating and putting pucks on net” seems so easy! He has no other ideas… Ducks have no direction. Hagen is looking pretty good again.
Yeah, this game was a bit underwhelming. Gauthier did have a very good showing against Edmonton today though. A goal and an assist. Not bad. Actually, the entire team did well against them. Dosal let in three but that's not bad playing back to back. Overall, at this point they are a little better than last year. That's good, right? Playoffs in two years?
This game was so boring I would rather watch Islanders play.
Well fun fact after todays game, so we don’t get picked pocketed by someone coming out of the box again, there’s a new chime every time a penalty ends 😆
All I have to say is… F. 😂
just to let you know, the lindros situation was very different. Lindros told quebec BEFORE he was drafted that he would not play for them, yet they still drafted him. Cutter told the flyers (and acted) excited to play for them.
He never had the puck after the 1st period that’s why the boos stopped
I still bet he is mysteriously injured for the Philly game.
This game did not live up to the hype. No intensity or sense of urgency from the Ducks. Cutter didn’t seem interested to prove his true worth and no hits from Trouba or Gudas. Boring game. 😴
@1:24 what should i google to find analysis like those? assume those are some sort of advance game stats huh
I wonder if someone in the Flyers organization didn’t use Cutters preferred pronouns during a meeting?
