the canucks played well today. better than the game against calgary. demmer did amazing for the time he was on the ice; hope he isnt injured. then Kevin Lankinen did his magic. can't believe we signed this man for under 1mil. solid game from the team

I'm shocked that this game made it to OT with Grubauer in net. Even more shocked it made it all the way to the shoot-out with Grubauer in net. Two utterly weak goals got past him in regulation, and really he should have had all three of them. And in the shoot out, of course the Canucks goalie stopped all shots, while Grubauer – the shoot-out goal went right past him, he didn't even twitch until the puck was already in the net.
Dear Kraken – we have got to get a better 2nd goaltender than Phil Grubauer. On the other hand, we know the secret to surviving with Grube – don't let the other team ever get a quality shot on Grube, 'cause quality shots on him always score.
Congrats on your victory, Canucks – don't expect to repeat it, most teams aren't crippled by having such a lousy goaltender on ice. Still think the Kraken would be better off just pulling him for the entire game and playing 6 skaters.
