Bouchard's turnover leading to Ducks’ goal was unacceptable, and he’s not offering much offensively to make up for it.
Defensively, he was a liability tonight. He’s not even been hitting the net on his bombs lately. If he keeps this up, it’s hard to justify his ice time, let alone a big money extension.

Tough loss for the Ducks tonight. They have played extremely well against the Oilers tonight. I thought they could win tonight but they lost in heartbreaking fashion.
Also, being a Ducks fan right now is painful. The Anaheim Ducks are the most inconsistent team in the NHL. They will never go on a very long winning streak. I am so frustrated right now.
I swear, the Anaheim Ducks will never return to the playoffs. We are the Buffalo Sabres of the Western Conference. 😭
