Jones should be mad. This a kid has been ready for the past few years and dealt with this organizations crap of not being played. His been a good sport stuck around and this year finally got his shot. Now they bench him for these two clowns they just brought in. He should also demand a trade now.

Pretty sure I’ve seen jones pinch get beat and immediately lead to a goal against more than a couple times this year. Nonetheless he doesn’t deserve to sit anymore than some other players on the team.
There's definitely some goals Shesterkin should have saved, but its the players in front of him that are losing the game. They have left him out to dry so many times I lost count, so many defenseman missing their assignments, so many turnovers. Then add on all the empty net goals which make every loss look even worse. NY should never pull the goalie, they get scored on in 10 seconds. It's almost pointless. They pull the goalie, make a rush, lose the puck on the first bad pass and the other guys score on their first shot. Is there a rating for teams on that topic?
…and the 32 year old collecting a paycheck statement, I'm pretty sure it has to do with the league in general, almost any player at that age has a multi year deal with NMC's and other safeguards. The young guys are all working to move up the ranks unless you're a franchise player at an early age and you're handed that golden deal right away.
And this is why Igor should’ve never been given a contract. It’s going to take years to rebuild this franchise. All because of dumb contracts Drury signed with these non worthy players.
Sucks that Garand is hurt too. I wanted to get a look at him in net. Not that they would play him. I'm tired of this rangers team from top to bottom playing tired old veterans over younger players and never holding veterans accountable. It's been going on in the 50 + years I've been watching. Thinking of taking up my other hobbies and giving this team none of my time. If the team doesn't care nor try and change things and try to win like other cup teams, why should I care?

Big mistake giving Igor that huge contract, but that's what Chris Dreary does. Jones should be on a peewee team, they have 3 other young D guys that have much better upside potential.
Igor being injured is not devastating, does anyone want to creep back into the playoff race. They would have to play like .650 hockey to even have a shot, which isn't happening even with Igor. Even if they could and sneak into the playoffs for what? a first round exit. I don't care if they lose, I really don't maybe we can actually get a good pick and maybe actually pick someone good
I wouldn't like Quick to go unless he wanted to. Hes been a great back up .why the hell is Miller playing and Jones scratched. Get rid of Miller and put Jones our there .
Jones is one of the guys I don’t have a problem with. He should get more ice time. I also could care less about Igor Shitsterkin. They should never have signed him to that ridiculous deal. And as far as Miller goes, I’m done with his horrible defense. Let him go for a bag of practice pucks or some used Zamboni tires.

I can understand where you're coming from about Lindgren but that was clearly a very dangerous thing to do, even Bennet got up and was like WTF are you doing. Theres a reason other teams dont launch players into their own goalies or at the very least try hard not to. Not saying thats what hurt Igor but watching it back it easily couldve been.
