I know its popular to hate on Philly and their sports fans but I really don’t get all the people in the comments hating on them over booing this kid. Is this the first time you people have watched sports? This is always what I liked abt sports, fans coming together to back their team and rally against an apposing player who they consider a “villain”. Do you people normally cheer for the opposing team when you attend ur local sports event? Idk Philly has some of the best sports fans as much shit as they get, it seems like the majority of other sports fans in America are just insufferably soft. Die hard flyers fan here. It's not him, it's the outright entitlement of a young athlete who was drafted- a spot that many would KILL FOR.. only for him to behave that way. And to anyone saying that us as a fan base are immature for the warm welcome we gave him, u can guarantee if he did this to a place like NY or Boston he would get the same reception. Hes entitled. Philly is an awful awful city. Had to go there for my daughter’s tournament and was aghast on how crappy the streets were, the neighborhoods, everything. USA should be proud of the place where the Declaration of Independence was signed at that place was a dump too. Totally underwhelming. So sad that the people who live there are so obtuse to their surroundings. What a dump.

I remember fans dressed as babies. they really gave to Lindros, as they rightly should have as FAN (short for fanatic) of THEIR team. Any city (and sport) that doesn't give a player like this a hard time, don't have "real" fans.

The real embarrassment here was Cutters performance Saturday. I was at the game, and after him leaving because he felt entitled, he played like a 4th line plug and played like a pussy. Any scrum he made his teammates stick up for him and stayed back. It took hathaway pulling him into a scrum for him to get involved. He played scared and looked terrible. You could tell the flyers were in his head easily. I can see this dude being a locker room cancer easily.
The problem these days is these young entitled spoiled brats think they control things what makes it worse is the coaches GM'S owners etc allow it
