The refs are fu*ked and you know it, the league is fu*ked and we all know it. Speak up man and people will listen to you. Tell them about the rule change that if a penalty is called with 10 seconds left, the teams have to play out the full 2 min of the penalty. Tell them, tell the press and get this change made and make the game better. No more cheap shots at the end of a game.

The refs don't deserve respect and they hold too much power to influence the result of the game. The only way this will work is to have video replay for any or missed calls.
