The only real negative from the game is Markstrom getting injured. He's going to be out for some time.
Allen isnt even bad. He got a “Shutout” today.
Hopefully the boys will get motivated to put Marky in a position to win a cup by getting focused and physical for the next 1-2 months so when he returns we’re plugging him into a well-oil machined. A lot to hope for but LETS GO DEVILS!!!!
I am in NH so the NHL network programing was blacked out. Bruins announcers are terrible. Markstrom was gonna be bulldozed there with or without Dillion involved. The guy was literally an inch away from markstrom when Dillion's stick barely touched his skate. Makes me so grateful for Dano and Bill who can appreciate other teams.
Also, anyone who criticizes Fitzy is just straight silly…. We are the NJ Devils (a relatively small organization) and have one of the best and most aggressive GMs in the entire league. He controls the roster and we have a damn good roster….
The goalies available will be no better than Allen…
