Stop taking analytics as gospel borgen was always a good pickup it’s just the analytical obsessed fans saw he was having not as good a season with Seattle this year selling at deadline and fully rebuilding was never gonna happen if your talking about flip flopping on things look how fast this fanbase talked about full rebuild the season after a conf finals appearance and a presidents trophy because they had a horrible 20 games this is a good signing and getting miller is the right move fully rebuilding would be very backwards problem has always been the veteran guys and that’s who rangers should be moving like Kreider will most likely be gone at the deadline and that’s the right move worry about Mika in offseason chytil is only younger guy on roster who should be traded cuz hes also in a kakko like scenario hes never gonna become a top 6 center on the team

I had a fully open mind on Borgen…I noticed after 10 games that I wasn't noticing him, a good thing, no glaring mistakes [lest for one recent blow-up game]…And then I WAS noticing him, for GOOD reasons, he was making nice plays…I think he is a solid defender and very physical, plus only 28…He shut down Tkachuk and he is always engsged…Having said that…I would have thought 4 years at 3.25 would be the right fit…This signals Lindgren is gone.
