Best game of the year. Great energy, puck pursuit, forechecking. Just an all-around complete effort with few blatant mistakes. If they can keep this up, they have a shot at the playoffs.
Let's face it, they've lucky as hell. Defense was disorganized from time to time.
Offense was lacking in high grade chances. Throwing pucks from outside the slot on the best goalie in the league won't do.

How are you guys not recognizing johansen as a key impact player, dude on several occasions made huge defensive plays against kucherov of all people, and he looked like their best d dman, watch the tape if you dont believe me, dude made almost zero mistakes, carried the puck out of the zone several times and literally carried edvinson in quite a few stretches, mclellen is right, that guy is shocking me with how good he has been the last 3 games, he plays a lot bigger than his frame, edvinson needs to watch him to see how to play better postionally becasue too often edvinson relies on his size to make plays and turns the puck over because he sometimes stands around or chases guys instead of playing smart postionally. If johansen keeps this up he deserves to be paired with seider next year to have that left right d pair on the top line becasue chiariot is capable but johansen has a better ceiling, and honesty hes surpised me so much i dont know what his ceiling is anymore. Ok i made this comment before the last 5 minutes, thanks guys for recognizing how good hes been.
100% agree with you guys. However, we still need to add some players before end of day March 7th. Dylan Cozens is on the top of my list. Th future is now!
I kinda disagree with the difference maker(s). Talbot WAS great, no disagreeing there, but Edvinsson and Johansen played one of the best games as a defensive pairing. They had a huge final two minutes on the ice with the empty net.
