  1. The Canucks won a game last Saturday Vs Washington. They won again last Monday vs St. Louis. Then they won again vs Nashville. That's called a winning streak. It has happened before.

  2. Congrats on 50K Lego. Sad , that neither Petey or Hogey weren't interested in taking Karlson's first goal puck from the ref. Tells you a lot about the mindset of this team.

  3. They need more shots on goal, its always been a problem. 13 shots 1st period. Ok thats good

8 shots for the next 2 peiods.

They are so luxky demko played like demko but they cant rely on a goalie to stand on his head every night

  4. Uhm, Lego, I'm going to have to fact check you here:
"Zacharie Lebrou (SP?) puts the puck on goal, rebound out there, Novak comes in, he shoots and he scores Pius Suter Kinda loses his man there…"

What really happened is Juulson actually covered the 2 on 1 well on this play, taking away the pass and the move to the middle, and leaving it as a 1 on 1 showdown between Demko and Lebrou (Sp?) who shoots and Demko makes the save. Suter is with his man every step of the way, tying him up and Novak can't get a shot off, but the rebound bounces off Novak's skate and in, a lucky bounce, not Juulsen and Suter Botching a play and Novak making some hero shot to beat Demko. like Lego makes it sound like. Lego, did you even WATCH the game? Or at least the highlights? Ay, ay, ay, you can do better then that at accurately describing what happened, and analyzing it on what really happened, I know you can, because you have. That was a bad take there.

  5. ITS JUST FANTISEY outshoot & 3 posts CAUGHT IN A LANDSLIDE WILL SOON BE REALITY 2 years quinn will go to new jersey AND LIFE WILL HAVE JUST BEGUN

  6. It's no mystery why the team is playing better and winning now. It's nothing to do with Rutherford's comments. It's just because the team is healthy now and is finally playing as a team.

  7. Told you so. I predicted the turn around in the Canucks results aka winning streak. How? Cuz the real problem (bottom 4 d-men being lousy) has righted itself. They are now playing up to their abilities and that means better structure, breakouts and transition to offense play. I could see them turning it around in the Toronto game, but like always it is two steps forward and one back in a turnaround. Ya this is the real team right now and Demko was really good. They can actually play better than this and if they continue to execute the structure better the winning will sustain the team into the playoffs. The problem i see is Boeser is not getting an offer and this does not bode well for after the trade deadline. I see them falling back a little if they trade him. JR said in his comments that he thought the team could not contend with Petey and Milsy in the lineup, i disagree.

  8. The Jewel played that perfectly. Soucy was to blame on the first mistake and Demko had poor rebound control for the second mistake, and a flukey bounce off a skate and in she goes. Put the blame where it belongs. Jewel was really good tonight, Soucy not so much, but he was good enough to get the win.

  9. It’s baffling how many people think we’re winning because of our team being good. We’re not the team is still horrible. Did anyone even watch those last two periods. We barely got a shot off.

The only reason why we’ve won these games is because of a handful of players carrying the team, mainly Hughes, Myers, and the net-minders.
