Great game for Morgan Rielly. Everyone is jumping on the hate Rielly bandwagon, but we need this guy. Put him on the power play instead of using 5 forwards, and he'll get points too. Would have had 2 tonight if the first goal hadn't been called back. GG Flames.

It looks like the Jets or the Capitals can win the cup. They are serious contenders…. for Leaf fans, they are more competitive than last year, but on a serious note, they have too, too many 1 demensional platers….I say again 1 di ensional… like Nylander, Matthews, most all of their defense, and then, of course, you have players like Rielly and Domi who are in serious, serious decline. It is uncertain what one should call Rielly, but he is not a defensman that is for certain, and his offensive skills have eroded. therefore, he is not even a 1 dimensional player. The remainder of the Leaf defense is not offensively talented at all. Nylander does carry the puck on occasion and is a goal scorer…. play making is weak. Much the same for Matthews…. a natural goal scorer with marginal play making ability and rarely carries the puck. Marner is probably the best all-around offensive player… can scor and very good play maker, however weak defensively, often childish with a temper tantrum problem. Goal tending good but not great…good luck, but sorry, no cigar.
