The reason everyone was nice to Vegas in the expansion draft is because it's Vegas. Gambling Money is what the league wants and Vegas is the key to that. Seattle was a Real expansion team. Vegas is that meme of the girl playing on easy mode, and Seattle is her boyfriend quietly being like, yeah, you've got it easy.
