Washington is talking about signing Chychrun long term 7yrs-8. I feel if jets sign Pionk around 7-8m it's going to age horrible and potential buyout when he's older.

Same with forwards adding Mcann or guys on good deals 5m is what jets need to do.
I'm not sold on Perfetti he hasn't taken big steps and if he could be in a big deal or Lambert/Lucius make it happen.

Tough decisions to be made by the JETS. I've come to trust Chevy given the constrains that face Winnipeg (pets not wanting to be here, small market, etc..) . Can't wait to see how this shakes out. GO JETS GO!

Ehlers has taken huge steps last couple seasons, especially this in the bumper spot on the PP. He's making his value clearer with every game
I personally think Conner is coming in under 11..samburg has little offensive value so 5 million is my guess..let pionk go n Ehlers would be 50/50..if you can get him around 7.5 sign him for 6 more years
I personally think we'll lose a good majority of players next season.

The only big decision is on the blue line and the future doesn’t have to be traded away to pull it off. A decent second pairing D man. Character guy, fits in and does his job. Do not fuck with this kind of chemistry.

That LA deal just gets sweeter with time😊 I hope Ehlers sticks around but I'm doubtful. There's a lot of interest in him from other teams and he's shown interest in teams like the Habs according to Elliott Friedman. Where he's got buddies on the team. We gotta keep Vilardi. We gotta keep Samberg if we can get him at a good price. Morrissey is just top talent for a defenseman. Pionk has really developed. He's a smart player and I hope we keep him around. It's been nice having a superstar like Kyle Connor but I feel like someone is gonna steal him when he becomes a free agent. Probably a better wage in a warmer place. Just like Paul Maurice😄
I'd sign Samberg, Ehlers and Vilardi. Appleton could walk and Iaffalo could be kept depending on the contract but at this point 4M is unpleasant for a 4th liner. Kupari and Namestnikov should get bottom 6 money and the Jets should look for a RW to complete the Lowry / Nino line. Pionk gotta go too, the money would be insane. So here's your counch-drunk GM
