Yegorov is so good
Yegorov just wasn’t going to be be beaten clean straight up, bc would’ve needed to get lucky with a rebound or deflection
We don't want to get ahead of ourselves but we just might have our goalies of the future in Yegorov and possibly Malek. You figure if you throw enough darts you'll hit the board someday!
BU alum here. Saw many games in this rivalry over the years. ALWAYS a good college game. ALWAYS dialed up. The best hockey game I've ever seen in my entire life was a BU-Cornell ECAC championship game at the old Boston Garden with Ken Dryden in goal for the Big Red. Cornell won 3-2 in double overtime. We threw everything, including the kitchen sink, at Dryden. He made one glove save while lying flat on his back. Open top of the net, shot from the slot dead center, and the glove comes up and snags it. Best goaltender ever. Like a big spider. (BTW, you also know me as "Val" on your stream. You know, the really old guy.)
