Caps should have swept the Jackets plain and simple. Caps have found their offense and depth scoring. I hope Murray is ready to carry the pens because if he's letting in iffy goals, the Caps may win it!

Both our losses are with our backup,both in OT vs a TOP goalie and a very good CBJ..pens cracked a depleted team but still managed to lose twice to that team..this is no walk in the park were stacked at center so we'll see this time around

The only reason the Penguins can take cup again is because of a ratio – ovechkin is the only one scoring points here, that doesn’t equal many wins. Guentzel, is out scoring everyone, Crosby is scoring, Kessel is on fire, Malkin is making key passes and connecting tape to stick, he using his body. The defense are hammering away chances and the goalie is so so. Thus far. Capitals need to step up ——

All the comments are so old. Yes we all know the entire league expects us to lose. I actually as a DC fan look at it completely different. The Penguins are our kryptonite yes, but I honestly think we’re supposed to play them. The Capitals in order to win a championship need to beat Pittsburgh, it’s basically fated. We keep getting this opportunity year after year, eventually in great rivalries the worst of the 2 teams finally gets that moment where it’s their time. Making the rivalry go to another level! Really feel this is the year the Capitals break through and have their chance to be on top. It obviously won’t last but just this one time. But obviously who knows, wouldn’t be surprised if we did lose though
