No clue why the infatuation with cozens. Doesn't seem like he'd move the needle.
There’s nobody on the roster giving up for a trade for that guy, and they won’t want Kadri or Huberdeau
Half of the Sabres problem is Kevyn Adams, almost 5 yrs as GM and the team is still terrible. Hires Ruff but forces the same coaching staff on him instead of letting him choose his own staff.
Adams comes up with we don't have palm trees and we have taxes…someone tell him it's about winning and not be known as a dumpster fire of an organization and that starts right at the top with the owner. I think Pegula has owned the team 12 of the 14 yrs to not make the playoffs. So on and so on smfh. I'm sure Mr Warrener can attest to some of what I've said.
Might as well go for it. Try something new. The current roster aint doing it.
The last thing the sabres need is another fire sale. They are not in need of pick,prospects,or future considerations. Any team thats going to take an active roster player off the sabres is going to have to send back a roster player. The biggest chip buffalo has in the trade market is cap room. And what the sabres need is one or two quality veterans with one or two years of term.
