The Blue Jackets may well have dealt away any chance for a decent record over the next five seasons to attain something never experienced by the franchise: a first round playoff victory. It took almost 20 years and expensive trade deadline acquisitions. We'll see but it may be that in another 10 years the Blue Jackets fan base will have given up the ghost and the team will go the way of the Cleveland Barons.

It’s one of those things that make you go boom and I got two words for you Game over
I’m a huge Columbus Blue Jackets fan, so I will always gave a vendetta against the Bruins after this series. I think that we could’ve won this series but I think we lost the series in Game 4 not in Game 6. The reason I say we lost the series in Game 4 is because we had the opportunity to go up 3-1 in the series and put all the pressure on Boston but we lost Game 4 and the we lost the series
This was a great series … serious hitting- insane ‘Tending – high skill level scoring . As a Bs fan I gained a ton of respect for the Blue Jackets . The ECF against the ‘Canes was a major come down . Never did I think the Canes had a shot to even make it a series never mind win . Whereas the Bluejackets had me nervous throughout
This was a great series… Both BoB & Rask were tremendous
