I have a friend who played in the nhl and ahl and he said the ahl is much more physical. This is all about giving the Bruins a better chance at the lottery pick.
Providence needs to more of a proving grounds for high powered offensive prospects with proven productivity in College / Jr's.

Be happy for Marchand, I saw the decline of the Bruins after their historic season. Bruins need to rebuild. I am cheering for Marchand and Florida to run it back, because he is still fighting for Boston. Let him go out in GLORY! And sports is a business don't forget that.
