L’attaquant des Blackhawks de Chicago, Brad Richards, envoie la rondelle à Patrick Kane pour un excellent but sur le gardien de la foudre Ben Bishop et pour prolonger l’avance des Hawks à 2-0.
How UNselfish do you have to be to pass the puck on that play. 99% of players with good scoring abilities would have taken the shot on that play. Just wow. That's why he has 2 cups and 1 Conn Smythe
I'm from St. Paul's Bay, Malta, but I've traveled to the United States on three occasions. Two of those trips were to Chicago, and of those two trips, one was on the night of this game. Two friends convinced me to join them at a pizza parlor called Peace in the Wicker Park neighborhood to watch the game, and it was one of the most exciting experiences I've ever had.
Not just a nice drop pass by Saad but he also made the steal in the defensive zone. Then he used his speed to create space before the drop to Richards, who looked like he was going to shoot (with the ever so slight deke) which got the goalie leaning…. Great finish by Kane too because the pass was not in his wheel house. He had to adjust.
Beauty play, Cup clincher, great call by Doc Emrick! The funny thing is, Richards has an absolutely perfect look at the net. Could’ve easily shot had he wanted to. Garrison plays the two on one almost exactly how defensemen are taught, but Richards (who brilliantly freezes Bishop first) is such a strong passer he still threads it through to Kane
Something about this goal is so magical. As a younger kid this was the first Stanley cup final I watched. The play is just so perfect saad lays it off perfectly. The hawks fly down the ice and “the art of deception” no lion pass to Kane is so beautiful. First memory of hockey I watched live

I'm not a hawks fan by any means but this is one of the best plays I've ever seen.
As a 20 year old die hard fan, this, to me, is the most badass goal I’ve watched the Hawks score

Ah, I remember that day as if it were yesterday.
That goal was the reason I started liking Kane and the Blackhawks.
Stanley Cup Finals dream match, The Chicago Blackhawks(led and captained by Toews) vs The Pittsburgh Penguins(led and captained by Crosby
To me this was the encore of the Blackhawks dynasty, one last great play to cap off an amazing 6 years.
Ah, Good memories. GO HAWKS!!!
"Drops it to Richards across to Kane, SCORES" best call of doc's career
“Richards, the no look pass. That’s the art of deception!”

Ah, memories! Nothing hits me hard as much as this moment in my life! Good times!
“Richards, the no-look pass! That’s the Art of Deception!”
Man, I’ll never forget that line!
“Drops it to Richards……Across to Kane, HE SCORES!!!!”
That line has always been stuck in my head man! Ever since 2015!

One of the greatest plays ever
So yuck
Imagine if Coburn just held the puck in that moment instead of trying to shoot it
As a life long Lightning fan…. this was truly crushing
Chiclets brought me here
I don't like the Hawks or Doc Emerick… but everything about this video is electric.
I'll never forget where I was for this and how the play went, it was so seamless
Here after the Hawks traded him.
Thank you, Kaner.
Blackhawks legend. Thank you patty❤️
This will always be my favorite goal ever.
Prolly the best goal I’ve seen from patty kane during is time with the blackhawks. Thank you Patrick Kane
Good luck in NY Kane! You will always be a Blackhawk!
The final dagger!!
…… a Chelsea Dagger, if you will
11 years before, Brad Richards was the hero for the Lightning, taking home the Conn Smythe trophy in Tampa’s first Cup victory.
I miss being good at hockey 🙁
brad richards was such an underrated addition that year. was so mad they didnt keep him. go hawks!!
Just a perfect play all around my goodness
the amount of space richards had for the shot and he still trusted kaner. incredible.

Aside from 2010 SCF this is one of the greatest hawks goals of all time
This play perfectly encapsulates the keys of the hawks dynasty. Speedy youth in saad, veteran depth in Richards, and KANE.
Go red wings
Great memory for sure. And who got the other goal? D man Duncan Keith!
It was their toughest road through the playoffs of all three Cups, and to me the most rewarding.
And the best part was that they clinched it at home.
LOVE it!! ❤❤ it’s still exciting to watch!!
Goosebumps every time
Richards was my fave ranger. Always played hard. Never forget his tying goal vs caps. Glad he dealt that beauty
9 years later and this goal is still my favorite memory watching hockey
YES SIR GO HAWKS F THE LIGHTNING
The drop from Saad, the no look from Richards, the one tee from Kane… perfect
The celly
“And now it’s brought right back up by Saad moving back up with Kane..DROPS IT TO RICHARDS..ACROSS TO KANE..HE SCORESSS”
One of the best plays in NHL history no doubt.
dial up the cab it’s all over!!
just a perfect play.
