  1. I’m really torn on who the Sharks should pick if they land the 1st pick. Brain says Misa, heart says Schaefer.

  2. Really hoping Sharks can get Fiddler if they keep that Dallas pick. Interesting seeing where he will go with hoe he's projected anywhere from the teens to thirties

  3. This is an awesome podcast! I really, really appreciate you covering ALL of the Sharks prospects and your analysis of them. What put this episode over the top was covering other players that could be available at certain rounds or within a round where the GMMG has picks.

The defenseman you mentioned (Brzustewicz) sounds intriguing. Most simulators and mock drafts have him landing in the second. I would not mind GMMG picking him with his first pick in the second round as I think he will be gone by his second pick in the second round.

The player I am hoping that GMMG manages to get with the Dallas pick is Blake Fiddler (6 foot 4 209 pound RD). More than likely it would require GMMG to move up a couple picks as I have constantly seen him go in the late teens and early twenties.

Or maybe with the Dallas pick get a player you mentioned and seems like a GMMG prospect in Jack Nesbitt. A 6 foot 4 183 pound left shooting center, who according to the scouts is a "A solid all-around two-way forward with a big frame and room to fill out."

I rank the defensemen available for the Dallas and the first second pick as follows:

    1) Blake Fiddler (RD) – middle to late first
    2) Sascha Boumedienne (LD) – Late first to early second
    3) Henry Brzustewicz (RD) – Late first to early second

If they get Schaefer, then I hope it is; Schaefer, Nesbitt and then Brzustewicz. There should be no movement necessary to get these prospects with the picks they have. I really like the idea of Fiddler though. Ugh, lol!

Almost useless to speculate as GMMG has so many options available to him. Odds are he uses some of those picks and gets a player (as GMMG stated he was looking to do in his presser).

The possibilities seem endless. Man, is this going to be a fun offseason! The future is teal baby!

  4. 30:20 Roger McQueen plays for the Brandon Wheat Kings, not the “Wheat Thins.” He was on fire 🔥 to begin the WHL season before his injury.
