Brother team means G-League affiliate. In DC the Wizards team is the Capital City GoGo and plays at the Entertainment and Sports Arena.
I can think of four cities that deserve another shot at an NBA team: Seattle, Kansas City, St Louis, and Louisville.
Pittsburgh needs an NBA team.

We got NHL hockey in Seattle why not expand to Seattle basketball that makes sense since we have a winter team the first time in Seattle now NBA give us Seattle basketball back to City

I'm a Blazer fan and I hated the Sonics. Was more than happy to see them depart for OKC. Hope it stays that way forever. 🙂
If the NBA is to return to Seattle, that might mean 1 current NBA team may have to relocate.
Or in some/most cases… Expand.

In my opinion, the Climate Pledge Arena is READY, Seattle is READY for the Supersonics to return!
Lifelong blazer fan but was f’ing pissed off when that a hole stole the sonics.
Even when Seattle get another NBA team again and reuse the Sonics name, it will not be the same Sonics.
I'm born and raised here and I'm still angry and 2022 bring back the sonics
