GOOD!!!!! end this train wreck …. get rid of Tocchet & Petey this summer …. this team needs some new energy

  2. We have had a really tough schedule this year and made blunders and have had a lot to overcome this year we have had shit depth even when miller was here so with more injuries this is not a complete season from this team next year give our guys some recoup and training time and we back in a top 7 team spot trust . Sounding like a 76rs fan right now but they don’t have huggy

  3. As much as the Canucks have not yet been mathematically eliminated from qualifying for this postseason, things don’t look too good for them either; going into their late-March away game against the Jets, the Canucks had already dropped to six standings points behind the Blues and MN Wild for a playoff spot. Earlier in the month, I had had the Canucks having had a 50-50 chance of seeing playoff action although I would say their chances of this season seeing playoff action are likely considerably less considering how not-great their latest road trip went (6 standings points via a 2-2-1-1 win-regulation loss-OT loss-shootout loss record).

  4. Time for Allvin to go and JR can bring in a real GM that's willing to bring in non-European players. Enough is enough with this soft team. There's no other team that doesn't come to the defense of their players. Especially when teams are taking liberties on your captain who is the heart and soul of the team. Everyone just skates away or watches as their teammate gets jumped by three or four opposing players. Did Joshua forget how to fight all of a sudden? Something isn't right in the dressing room and I'm guessing the team is divided. This is the most disgusting and shameful thing that I've witnessed in my fifty-one years of watching hockey. Like it or not, Hughes will be leaving at the end of his current contract.

  5. Effort was good considering the opponent, the end of the road trip, and their depleted line up.

Goaltending and blue line will be solid. Spend money on top 6 forwards in the offseason.

We’re not as good as the 2023-24 team but not as bad as we saw this season.

    Keep up the good work.

  6. Canucks organization can go F themselves. They got greedy they thought they could make big money by raising ticket prices go on a big run in the playoffs and make a killing. They were way wrong, management made big mistakes and should be fired. Nothing they did in the offseason improved this team, it looked good on paper but almost everyone underachieved. Vancouver Canucks better get their act together next season because this ship could sink very fast and Quinn Hughes might just say fuck it I’m outa here.

  7. Thank god they’re cooked, sick of this bullshit ass season, Dinosaur Tocchet and Benning 2.0 need to be booted out ASAP

  8. I suppose we shouldn't expect this year's Canucks team to be able to consistently beat the best teams in the league, so I'm not disappointed about today's loss.

    I'll say this.

If the Canucks can win their next TWO games, then they are still alive.

If, however, they do NOT win BOTH of their next two games, I'm calling the season over.

  9. Next season would most likely be the last straw for everyone on the team. If they miss playoffs best believe everyone is traded

  10. Its defense. And the goalies are either tired or coming off injury. Letting Zadorov go was insane. I dont get it. Either way it didn't work out and now it's a rebuild. They have to do it fast, because next seasons coming, and you don't want more of the same.

  11. Keep positive! We’re not out of it yet and if you are super down and out about the play offs, focus on the good things these young guys are doing and what they can do to make this team better next season.

  12. The season has been abysmal, but there's been reason for optimism later in the season. I really don't care that much about a first round exit. Let's get everyone healthy and conditioned for next season.

  13. Yep, the Blues or the Wild would have to go on a major loosing skid while the Kanucks would have to win their remaining games. Both scenarios aren't likely to happen.

  14. Trading kuzmenko when we were doing so good makes so sense..
We’ve been fucked since he was shipped to Calgary.

  15. The problems with this franchise start at the very top, OWNERSHIP! Until Aquilini is gone, absolutely nothing will change in Vancouver.

  16. I blame PA for most of this season's woes. He came out at the end of last with furrowed brow and said he was unhappy with the 2nd round exit and vowed to do better this year. Then he proceeded to completely screw up the mix and got rid of key players and replaced them with Temu sale bin players. I also think he should have found some kind of bigger / tougher winger to replace Dak while he tried to get his game back. He played an important role last year and was a shadow of himself this year. He gambled and so far failed miserably with Petey. And we're likely going to let Brock go for nothing and miss the playoffs. OOF

  17. When the fifth highest NHL player goes MIA for a year and/or is 'injured' this is expected.
Add in that the center that Allvin traded the team's best center away for suffered his fifth head injury and should never play another NHL game -here we are.
    I blame Allvin and Rutherford.
The players did their best and competed hard.
Trade 11.6 for cap space and try again ,Allvin.

  18. We suck this year, we don’t deserve a playoff spot. Can’t close out games. All the OT losses killed us, brutal.

  19. Hughes is gone ,he will demand a trade and they will give it him because they are in zero position after what they did to him to decline.
