  1. The reason this team continues to wipe out rosters/coaches and fail is because they're trying to build on a weak foundation.  Until they have a real leader as captain they will continue to lose

  2. It’s amazing they can keep any game close considering they get dominated on a routine basis. They get outplayed 2:1 nightly.

  3. Seider continuing to regress. I’d take his rookie year over the last two. Slow and makes some low iq plays at the worst times.

  4. Incredible effort by this team tonight. Probably the best game effort wise I've seen them play all year. Sad to know it's just not good enough. Where was Kane in the overtime?

  5. You blew it boys! We’re were fooled! On the first of April, no less! Unless you want to go to the playoffs, smarten up, fgs! Otherwise it’s adios!

  6. Deteoit needs to hit less! And stop smothering offenses physically. This is hockey, not the NBA!….. detroit needs to embrace what Sid Crosby was.

  7. The Red Wings act like losers, play like losers & are all complete losers. Red Wings are a completely dead organization! Pathetic!!!

  8. It would be nice to actually hear some honesty from a players. And not just hockey talk. If you play with no energy and look slow and can’t get the puck out of your zone. You’re not good enough and you didnt play well.

  9. Props to Talbot playing TALL and keeping em in it for 59:30/Min.
A well deserved loss by Detroit, team small and slow and lots of dead meat on their roster. As a wings fan, I bet against them and make passive money at this point. MO & Ben look miserable and how the hell do you keep per the two together…

Blues, size and speed and that hit from Kyrou on Cat, and a backhand roof goal from fowler how cute wasn't it. As soon as the Blues hired Jim Montgomery they found their mojjo, Guy is one of the best coaches in the league 💙!!!💙

  10. I've said it before and I'll say it again: This team and its fanbase's nostalgia for the past will be its downfall. The push to keep the playoff streak alive instead of kickstarting a true rebuild was what brough us to the dark age. And when we needed a new GM, do we look deep into who's avalible and choose the right person? No, we bring back a franchise legend because of nostalgia. Now were in limbo, not bad enough to get a good draft pick, not good enough to make the playoffs. Playoffs where 50% of the league gets in… I understand Yzerman wants/needs time. But its been 6 years, how long can we give him the excuse of the "bare cupboards" he was left with? How long until we come to terms that this is what Yzerman built? This fanbase needs to separate Yzerman the player and Yzerman the GM. Take off the rose colored glasses and see this team for what it is: Not good. I don't think firing Yzerman is the answer, but he needs to change. And some heat under his seat may help accelerate that change…. Until then this is the Red Wings the younger generation of fans (including myself) get: perpetual mediocrity…

  11. not having Kane in the top 2 forward pairs in 3v3 OT is pathetic. he is better and more dangerous in 3v3 sudden death than literally any of those 4 forwards ahead of him. especially if you put him w speed and talent as his pairmate. instead they bury him w Tarasenko who doesn't even look for him on the 2 on 1. Kane lives for the opportunity to WIN YOU THE GAME and get glory for himself in the biggest moments. his clutchness and desire/ability to be the hero is a superpower hardly anyone else in hockey has, you have it on your team, use it. McLellan's been here over 3 months now and has seen this up close enough already to know it's there and to understand it. so why was that the OT lineup? Raymond isn't Kane. Cat isn't Kane. they are nice players. very good offensively. fast, hard working. they aren't clutch voodoo magic. they aren't expert finishers who are also the best passer in the world, who know how to manipulate any d-man and any goalie and to anticipate everything perfectly, all things that are of great use in 3v3 overtime.

  12. Larkin ! Amazing how he has managed to cool off 88 and 93 ! Something isn’t right he seems to be just a little off ,hurt ? I don’t know but he seems to be struggling to much !

  13. 11 has been a disappointing all year ! With 88 in OT was tragic he almost lost the puck 2 on 1 with 88 ! Sad to say but that’s it now , remember what I say 88 will be gone ,why stay ?
