Odds we can clinch division?
Well…a few things Ceci and Lindell have actually been one of the best pairings in the NHL over the last 2 weeks. They just do things that don’t show up on the stat sheet.
The stars do not have a Miro problem. Their defensive issues have nothing to do with him. He helps obviously. But that is not their issue.
And honestly, I don’t think the stars are putting in much of an effort so they don’t get burned out for the playoffs. The last two seasons they’ve run out of gas and goal scoring. I think they’re doing little things to get themselves ready for the playoffs. They will have a different gear then.
We desperately need Miro back.. They have a good group of forwards, but I just can't see us going on a long run with the defence as it currently stands. Every game they get outshot, and Harley can't do everything on his own
Every game is a MUST win from here and every point counts. I fully expect them to beat the Canucks on home ice because I know they're dying to get after it following that horribly inept and embarrassing back-to-back. For me winning out is the only option. Not one more ugly loss to anyone left on their schedule. I still don't have confidence in this team making any kind of run for the cup. Their problems are profound and in the playoffs against the best in the league much less the West those flaws will be magnified and thoroughly exploited. No Miro…no cup. No prior Champion has won it with a blue line this thin and inconsistent and with such gross disparities in SOG, hits and giveaways.

They’re definitely not playing up to their potential. There’s definite room for improvement. Every guy in the lineup should be giving 110% for 60 minutes. No reason for less.
The Harley, Ceci debacle against Pittsburgh Saturday turned me off of Ceci. If you skate into your partner? Seriously… that mistake cost us the game and 2 points

Stars would be the team that I’d want to face in the 1st round if I was any of the other seven teams.
