thanks refs for showing me the single most biased game in the history of the NHL. ALL FOUR of washingtons goals happened from blatant missed or bad calls. First one was not a penalty (and if it was PLEASE call it BOTH ways). second one was blatant goaltender interference. third one was offsides by a mile. fourth one resulted from a holding call that was never penalized. not to mention literally the entire rest of the game when capitals players were playing for the sole purpose of hurting carolina and they should not get away with this.

To all the people complaining about the refs i thought this game was awesome the caps were out for blood after getting thrashed by the hurricanes last go around the crowd was going insane
I think the reason canes fans are upset is because the caps are rounding into playoff form just in time
Hindsight it seems that the gr8 chase was a distraction for the caps and they are back to the great play they have had all season.
The canes have won many many games this season because of their size and physicality
If you give them this game for missed calls you'll have to take alot of points away from earlier games in the season
