1. If the Winnipeg Jets can get past the 2nd round, I find it difficult to believe they won't make the Stanley Cup Finals.

  2. If the Jets don’t win their round one playoff series, they will officially be called frauds and chokers

  3. They legit, ya. Too bad West has 3 clubs mo legit. Fun video. Can’t wait for playoffs! Allons-y l’Habs

  4. The Jets have

    The best goalie

One of if not the best depth in the defensive core

Experience 1-4 in the forward lines

Goal Scoring 1-4 in the forwards lines

Players having his breakout year in Cole Perfetti and Gabriel Vilardi

And play in perhaps one of the most difficult barns in the league.

But because it’s the Jets everyone thinks they are frauds.

  5. Annddd another shutout for Helly tonight.. i really want to believe that Jets should have the same tempo during playoffs.

  6. It depends on how the jets defence plays!!! Last year the jets defence was shit in the playoffs, if they played good defensively I think they could have got past the first round

  7. Welp based on what we just did agaisnt the stars I think we are capable of stepping up the physically

  8. Surprised what you said about their size in defence. They’re literally all big guys except for the two you singled out for being good, and Heinola who never gets a chance to play.

  9. Jets fan here. I love the regular season success but playoff success is what's important to me at this point

  10. As a Leafs fan. I think they're really legit this year. Great offense, good defense, and arguably the best goalie in the league.

I think they make it to round 2, and if they make it to the CF. I can see them winning it all

  11. With how well Hellebuyck and the Jets have been playing this season, it's hard to see any team in the league beating them four times in a series.

  12. Good Analysis video!
Not sure where the dividing line is between star and super-star status lies but curently Mark Scheifle and Kyle Connor are ranked 190th and 421st respectively on the all time points list with quite a few years left to play.
    Dale Hawerchuck is 22nd, that's definately super-star I'd say.

  13. you got clips of Schenn wearing a jets jersey making big hits in this video, but you talking about the D lacking size with the old D roster at 8:05?

  14. No "Superstars"? Hellebuyck aka The Best Goalie On The Planet & Most Likely The Entire Universe would beg to differ. And don't give me that "He never won a Cup" excuse, neither did Roberto Luongo and he was a Superstar.

  15. Winnipeg is Canada’s team. No doubt about it. I have high hopes they’ll go deep this postseason.

  16. Playoffs are a different animal, everybody turns it up a notch and there are no soft games. The Jets have little to play for winding down the season, it looks like the Wild or Blues first round and they've been playing playoff hockey down the stretch. Hopefully the boys can clear the hurdles of recent years and make a deep run and maybe with 3 eastern clubs in the mix, we'll have an all Canadian final. Elbows up.

  17. The Jets are Winnipegs team. People saying that they are Canadas team right now are idiots. There’s five Canadian teams in the playoffs this season.

  18. It’s obvious regular season means nothing and where you finish. It’s all about what you do in the playoffs.

  19. I've accepted that the playoffs are so different from the season and just happy to see my team potentially win a presidents trophy. That alone would feel like a win as they've never done it before (or even come close)

  20. Great team, but playoffs are matchup hockey. The book is out on him screen him and point shots.

I think if they play the blues, they advance to round 2. If they play Minnesota thats a tougher matchup.

That being said, Colorado is coming out or the west, and they are undefeated in cup finals.

  21. A big reason why this team is better than prior years is because the top skill players are playing a complete game. For example, look at Kyke Connor. He's had a negative plus/minus over his career, but is a +18 right now. He is also killing penalties. Everyone on the team is showing the same level of commitment to winning.

  22. Does this guy really watch the jets? He used Hard J for Nicolaj Ehlers and didnt include Schenn on the Blue line. Makes me doubt the credibility.
