We could just have a line of Pitlicks if one of them goes RW.
I hope Gorton makes up for this move very soon because I'm not impressed with the return. Didn't even get one of top four Calgary prospects in return. We will see in a few years
I don’t know what to think about it, I feel happy that there’s finally some moves happening, but ravioli seemed like a great guy for the young kids and with his great contract, I expected a little more but the return is not too bad.
Not loving this trade from the Habs perspective at all. Basically we didn’t get much more than a late 1st round pick for a top six winger in his prime who can really score. The other assets are minimal, and the Swedish kid is not likely to make the NHL. The new Mtl. Management better do better on their next moves.
We are going to miss Toffoli . Great player on both ends of the ice wanted to be a HAB . this hard one
This rebuild makes me nervous, the Habs organisation has not been very good at cultivating their good draft picks to star level players.

Toffoli did nothing wrong, he played great. But face it, if you want to rebuild. The Habs have to offer something. Sacrifices had to be made. I wish Tyler nothing but success and thanks for being a hard player. The Habs have 2 1st picks. And they will try for more. Start doing what MB failed to do. Build a solid team. I have to admit. Management is making all the right decisions up to now.
The Habs got trade chips for Toffoli hopefully they can turn these pieces into something like 2023 first round pick.

What a great trade for MTL in the long run ! Calgary better win and make a run in the playoffs because Toffoli will start to decline starting next year

Hard to watch. Great player with cheap cap hit. Already hard to get players here, so when you have one that wants to be here hurts extra.
