nicks been in MAGIC marners corner since day one i remember him almost yelling when he was on hockey night in Canada "WHERE IS MARNER !!!" when babcock would bench him in key moments and when the semi upright contingent of fans trashed marner over the years
re patch : confidence is a meaningless word when it comes to pro sport; that is, either your prepared or your not and patch has been around long enough to no what he needs to do to be prepared. Mitch is a fantastic hockey player. He’s going to have his big year in the playoffs. These narratives are always silly. Hossa got shipped out of Ottawa because he couldn’t perform in the playoffs once upon a time…… yeah, same Hossa that dominated and went to multiple finals in a row only a few years later
