  1. I think Alvin and Rutherford need to go on a bender to figure a way out for next season, or else, just pull the plug and out tank Chicago and the baby sharks do do doo do do do

  2. I can't take anything Allvin says seriously in this. The year was an utter trainwreck, and we as fans want a rebuild. We are so sick and tired of the mushy middle that plagues this team. Be honest, Patrick. Blow it up for a few years and let us build with guys like McKenna, generational talents. We won't keep Hughes after your boss's stupid comments yesterday, so might as well bite the bullet and rip off the bandaid now.

  3. I dont fault management. Everyone, including the fans, thought we looked great going into the season. Some analysts even predicted that we'd win the Division. It's the individual players who didn't live up to expectations.

  4. Alvin and team did a great job rebuilding the defense on the fly, and he’s correct to point to the first game of the season as a disappointment – losing a 4-goal lead, but the problem isn’t team maturity, it’s a poor team structure away from the puck that was the cause of their inconsistent play all season. The replays provide all of the answers to their struggles. The coaching staff also needs to realize that you have to play offensively and defensively equally well to win a cup!

  5. Canuck insider podcast – should be called 'Canuck Softball Q and A'. Allvin talked for 37 minutes and said nothing.

  6. The nonchalant play in game 1 Allvin is talking about here was JT Miller, who screwed up that PP, which led to the Cgy shorty. Fans were praising JT for fighting and tying that game, but forgot he was the reason Cgy got life in the first place. And then they lost. Foreshadowing fr.

  7. Petey was garbage and cost the whole season. if Petey had been in shape and trying Jt wouldn't be riding him.

  8. They’re not builders, they’re dismantlers. They’ve dug a hole they can’t get out of without eviscerating their talent pool.

  9. Indication you had no defence? When Calgary came back in the first game. now you have defence and no offence?

  10. He is in way over his head. Please get an established GM that knows what they are doing….

  11. Thank you for doing this interview Faber! I do appreciate what management is doing and am very excited to see what happens in the summer and the coming season. I do think we need to hear more from management than we do, so I hope you can sit down with JR and PA several times a season. I would say as a fan, it is important to me to hear about the big picture from the men in the office upstairs.

  12. The only thing that could make the CANUCKS enter the playoffs next season is for them to put a CANUCK team scarf on the statue that once been on the ground of ROGERS ARENA that is now on the grounds of the VANCOUVER GENERAL HOSPITAL, you see when that statue was put in the hospital, the CANUCKS went to HOSPITAL MODE since then like they lost a HEART.

  13. Cant stand Alviin
Also so many people had high hopes for Rutherford only to be disappointed
This past year in a SCREW UP
So many wrong moves including the Miller trade where we got Robbed…
Alviin and Rutherford need to learn how to be quiet and not Blab their Mouths and tell the world the teams Private issues
    Brocks gone
    Millers gone
And Hughes most likely won't stay

  14. Funny how the scoring becomes a problem when your coach tells the GM to trade away everyone who can score goals… Sure lucky, for example, we don't have that bum that's playing in the playoffs with The Kings, eh?
