As a Leafs fan, the common denominator will be Leafs killer Marchand….we can never get rid of this guy, even when Boston didn't make the playoffs lol
Love the leafs and panthers, my two favorite teams at it again in the playoffs, and in the second round no less, it’s unfortunate they have to play each other before the ECF, GO CATS GO! Make it entertaining leafs but no more lol
I do agree Jaws that this series won’t be easy but I do think that the 3rd line need to keep being that X-Factor. Besides that play smart and no stupid stuff, hopefully this is the series where we can see people like Reinhart and Swaggy start to come alive a little bit more. I have Already have Biss and Leafs fans already talking up a storm and to that I say okay cool.
Want to see them take less penalties this round, and as long as they play their typical hard hockey and don’t underestimate the Leafs they’ll hopefully be fine. Go Cats!

Expect Florida to play dirty as usual. We need to get in bobs face and crash the net if we are going to score because if he sees everything he will stop them. I’m not worried about stolarz he’s gonna play great! The Matthew’s marner line should be unstoppable as usual and the nylander, Tavares will play better this series! The 3rd line is my biggest worry. The fourth line is better than Florida fourth line so I’m expecting this series to go 7 and if it does the leafs win at home
As a Leaf fan, this Panther team is scary. I think the Panthers will repeat as champs. Berube is the biggest change for the Leafs this year
They beat the Senators. They aren’t an experienced playoff team. We got these guys. They won’t know what hit them.
Panthers weaknesses: below average to not good finishing. Takes a lot of penalties. Overzealous.
The way you guys dismantled Tampa scares me. We have a way tougher team this year, but Florida is just on another level. I’m hoping you bring the best out of our guys. Looking forward to it!

Panthers are a NOTHING TEAM that nobody really cares about. They sell the least amount of jerseys and are nobodies in Hockey. But they will win the cup again this year is my prediction. Again, nobody will care cuz its Florida. meh
Guy sounds over-confident, wasn't long ago no one gave the Panthers a chance against the President trophy winning Bruins and they surprised them. I like the cats but all good runs come to an end at some point. This ain't Sheldon Keefe's Leafs anymore – Leafs in 7 at home!!!! Book it

I think it’ll be a 6 or 7 game series. The Leafs actually have a playoff caliber coach behind the bench that knows what it takes to go far and has them playing a more of a grind style of game. Throw the regular season out the window when we played these guys with the injuries early for Toronto and us without Tkachuk they only got to see Chucky once this whole year. This will be a more even series than people realize. Toronto resembles Tampa in that they choose quality shots over quantity however they do forecheck a lot better than they did last year also we gotta clean up letting guys get set up in front of Bob and having open chances at him. But Toronto has a much more deeper defense than Tampa and more mobile too with Reilly, Carlo, Tanev OEL

The only team that can beat Florida is themselves. Mistakes from the first series gotta be erased as they go on into the next round. Gotta learn from the series against TB and go onto Toronto.

Leaf fan here. This is a better team than you faced in Round two 2 seasons ago. But we're not in your league. Panthers are too deep and absolutely built for playoff hockey. Brad Marchand on your 3rd line….OMG. An embarrassment of riches. I think you guys have to be Cup favourites truth be told. Leafs will put up a fight but I can't see us winning this series.
