Momentum wise, its really sad that games 3 and 4 were close. You can blame the refs all you want, but the Leafs are easiest team to blow calls on because they whine about refs. American teams always get the calls. The only ones willing to watch the leafs lose, are leaf fans.

When the Leafs suck, it’s always Marner’s fault. It’s not Mathews the highest paid player in the NHL or Nylander who’s known to take plays and games off. The Moronto media will drive Marner out just like they did to Kadri. Marner is by far their best two way player, who pundits feel can be replaced by a couple of slugs who can play one way.

All of a sudden the Leafs can't complete passes? Really, what are they trying to prove. Trying to go elsewhere me thinks. And all of a sudden Matthews can't even hit the net? Knies is the only one trying on that line. Matthews and Marner are embarrassing.
This is twice in these playoffs that the Leafs have been shut out. That cannot happen in the playoffs. It can't. How many times have we heard commentators say, "The Leafs can score at will?" There is absolutely zero excuse. Tanev and Woll are the only two guys who show up every night. Last night was close only because of Woll. I expect Woll could have stolen last nights' game if, well, you know, if THE GUYS ACTUALLY SCORED A GOAL OR TWO.

These guys want to win, but sometimes, no matter how good you play, the scoreboard does not reflect it. Some luck and a few good bounces seem to make a difference, and losing the goalie was not the best luck, and this team has talent top to bottom and is tough as well See what happens 2 to 2 last time i checked

Send and trade both Matthews and Marner to Kyle Dubas in Pittsburgh in return for the Penguins first and second round picks for the next four years – Dubas is dumb enough to do it. Both those guys are not playoff hockey players.
Giving Matthews the 'C' was a mystery to me. He does not have the inherent leadership skills. They could have given it to Willy or Patches and it would be far more at home on one of those jerseys. Or go without a 'C' and just have 3 'A's'.
