Wish they wouldn't going to end up giving up something better next year
Try every possible combinations in training camp and go with what works best.
It's so nice to not give 2 craps about the draft and I don't know any of the kids. I agree you keep this seasons pick. It sends a weird message to the group if you give up this seasons pick. It's like saying "we got lucky this season, no way they do this next season so we'll get a better pick". Belleville needs a complete over haul
Would not be shocked to see Sens make a trade during the draft where they give up 2025 first rounder for a 2026 first and a second in 2025.
Timmy's ceiling is still so high. His defensive game was amazing to watch this season. You know during his exit interviews they told him to shoot the puck a 1000 times a day. No reason he can't be a 30 or 40 goal scorer if he was a little more selfish. And he's only 23 years old

I would practice with 2 different line combinations and see how it mixes
Try Timmy,with Brady and Drake.Then Try Cozens with Brady and Drake.I think a big top line would make it difficult to play against.Experiment,maybe even in the pre season.
Either way you will need a true top six left wing .You can get away with having Claude on the second line .
Mason West, Will Horcoff, along with Fiddler would all be interesting picks.
They need speed, I think the young college player Potter is the pick.
You want more offense out of Timmy, have to move him to wing.
This team is ready now why not trade for a high profile player you can trade 1st round and player or two to get that scoring.

5:53 I do think the Rangers are going to be better next year, jackets, Detroit, and Buffalo. It maybe harder to make the playoffs next year. I also do see Florida and Tampa regressing next year.
