The Oilers offence is really good but their defence is still suspect. I think luck had a lot to do with their wins of late. They just don't or can't clear the Stars in front of Skinner, preferring to block shots than stopping the shot-taker in the first place. They also lost almost all of the face-offs for the first two periods. Having a short 5 on 3 powerplay, becoming 5 on 4, they lost every face-off, had an icing and managed just one shot. It's great that they are still winning but if they play this way against Florida, they will suffer the same fate as the Canes. The Panthers will play the body relentlessly and park themselves in front of Skinner all night long. Good luck trying to clear them away from there.

Not enough has been made of that wonderful saucer pass by Kane that eluded two Dallas defenders' sticks on its way to Hyman for the tip in. The touch on that pass.😮 That tip was pretty impressive too. Plays by two incredible players.
