    The answer is, of course they can! This is the most dynamic team we've put together in 30+ years. About 320 teams have been trying to win it all in the last decade. Ten have done it. So, 310 missed it. All of the 310 who didn't win have reacted by changing things up for next year. We don't have to change the "core four," we just need to continue finding solid back-up pieces and keep trying. Losing Mitchie is reactionary and foolish.

    I hope Mitch puts us out of our misery by signing somewhere else July 1.

    We're like the boyfriend who doesn't have the courage to break up with our girlfriend who we've tried 10 times to make it work.

    Maybe the girlfriend will finally do it for us.

    Noodles is correct .. as much as you guys think you are important, Treliving doesn't answer to you. He will provide answers when he thinks it is appropriate.

    I know it's a Toronto show but my god, who cares? To answer the question, it's obviously no, but do people really care about the leafs this much? At what point can we just tune in for the playoffs only and watch their inevitable demise?
