Let's hope they get it together. Tough seeing young guys flourish in other organizations. Yet we still have 5-6 guys that should be bought out.
Just keep Rossi and don't mess around with guys who have about 2 years max left in the tank that's already down to 1/4.
I hope guys like Kaprizov, Spurgeon, Foligno are speaking up and requesting Rossi be signed or MNWild sign someone that is nearly guaranteed to be better. There really isn't anyone if you look at UFA and RFA.

What everyone is missing: rossi would sign a cheap deal if he would feel nurtured
It is as simple. You would have with him an excellent C2 where you build around, because your first line is top notch and now you could build a real 2nd line for years to come, keeping in mind that EK is not getting younger
Brock Nelson is old and past his prime…rossi is young and just getting started……gonna be a horrible trade just like gus for a 2nd round pick
In my opinion, the number 1 best case scenario is getting Sam Bennett. I would literally focus on spending as much as Sam wants (obviously if he wants to even play here), and then get an elite face-off specialist. The rest is just spend whatever is left after those intelligently for depth etc…Sam Bennett is exactly what we need here. Big boy hockey by a big talent.
