i’m number 1 😬
Funny that I had mentioned that Foote is the sacrificial lamb. Makes it to where you think there are very low expectations. But I think we pick up Tanner Jeannot and Max Comtois we would potentially be a lot better team. We are kind of the Rodney Dangerfield of hockey teams. Mainly because we can't fight back with even some of the weaker teams in the league when on paper we have better players. Max has some pedigree and it may be fantasy but could possibly turn into a Wilson type player if given the chance. I think he was blackballed to an extent. His legal issues. So I don't think it is about talent. I doubt it happens because to me they are hell bent on wrecking the franchise.
Elliot Friedman needs to shut the hell up. He sucks
Angst ridden would work…
Hughes used to love Vancouver up until this past year
Canucks Management really screwed it up
Trade Quinn bring in the boat load to help this team more forward
And yet, they overlook Manny Malhotra, who in his first year as the coach of the Abbie Canucks, has led them to the semifinals of the Calder Cup!?
Actually, Lego, Dean Evason highly recommended him.
Read up why Foote really liked him.
I would hesitate to scrutinize the guy until he shows what he can do.
11.6 has always been sheltered. Miller and Horvat carried the load while Petey boy racked up the second line and PP points.
Now he is going to be thrust into a first line position? Doubtful.
Trade Pete and Hughes and get younger, tougher, faster.
Id hate to say it but we need to OVERPAY A LOT to bring over jack hughes. Even if it takes something like: petey, willander, 1st, lekkerimaki + for just jack. Once quinn leaves were done until we do A FULL REBUILD. And even that might not work. We were so lucky to even get quinn in the draft. Lucky he dropped.
things i remembered watching this:
the ea nhl series is shite. graphics r awful. the stick swings around violently like a 5 yr old who has never seen hockey in his/her life coded it. the puck is a ringette puck. everyone skates exactly the same-i refer u to the coding 5 yr old. players accelerate to max speed in the first stride-i refer u to the coding…
