I don't know why Pickard didn't play through the whole game. He's better than Skinner. I think the Oilers should have played him throughout these playoffs since Pickard has a better GAA. Anyway, if I were the Oilers coach, I'd go with Pickard.

Florida has Bobrovsky who carries his team, Edmonton goalies are mediocre at best, they carry nothing…. Plus, Flroida has a better defensive lines. They are just more complete and more balanced team. If Edmonton wants to win Stanley cup, they need to work on defense and get a new goalie who can carry his team… Florida is going to win this series 4:2

O-Dog and his erroneous predictions….What was it now?…"The Oilers are going to spank the Panthers" I knew he was going to eat that one. Nobody truly Spanks this Panthers team…especially in a Cup Final. He was right about one thing though…that if Skinner lets in a couple wobbly soft goals it could be a series killer for the oilers…well that happened in Game 2…a game IMO the Oilers simply had to win. I won't make any O-Dog predictions here BUT, I can see these teams shaking hands at Rogers Place in Game 5…and Bennett pulling off a 95 Claude Lemieux with his mitts on the Conn Smythe….although in truth Marchand has been the engine of this Panthers playoff team. I am so enjoying watching Marchand play this playoffs…I don't think he even deserves the "Rat" moniker… he is plain and simple dominating…playing hockey…really good smart hockey. I feel like his maturation is not getting enough praise and notice. Barkov might wear the C, but Marchand is the unofficial Captain of this Panthers playoff team..

Panthers own these dudes from Edmonton. It’s like when Peyton Manning would just be cruising along early in his career blowing teams out and then he’d run into New England who would then shut him down in the playoffs. Oilers look so unstoppable against every other team but so meek against Florida. Stick a fork in ‘em, they are done.

Bob is so good at tracking the puck and subjectively has a faster reaction time. No matter if the Oilers win the cup or not, Skinner has to be replaced. This volatility is going on for years now, and there were a few goals where he just didn’t look like he knew what was going on.
