It's Edmonton in 6. After last night the panthers shown that theyre a flash in the pan. Can't score on Pickard, defense falling apart, and Bob turned into skinner.

Reading the comments, I love how after every game people say it is over for the losing team. Its kinda comical at this point. Series is 2-2 and 3 of 4 games went to OT.

Panthers staff have to pull all dayers and an all nighter and watch the 6 games Piccard played to figure out his weakness. When he came in it changed the game. His one known weekness is his below average puck handling, but that doesnt get a goal for the Panthers. Theres got to be a way to get some goals past this dude. I am also assuming there was another mental breakdown by McDavid in the locker room after the first. Maybe he just screamed at Skinner and let him have it lol

Oilers fan here. Really appreciate your passion for your team. I think the reffing is unfortunate – a lot of people are focusing on it and it takes credit away from the Panthers, which sucks. There’s no question that these are the two best teams in the NHL right now.
I’m sure we both want to see our teams make the Stanley Cup final again but I hope we never see this matchup again. LMAO. I don’t know how much more of this I can take.

We’re the Panthers. Nothing was ever gonna be easy.
We’re not beating EDM on the road, it’s just not gonna happen. EDM in 7 at best, we just can’t seem to win up there in the playoffs. Too big of a moment I guess? We can go into Boston and take games on the road no problem, Toronto, Rangers, no problem we’ll take your heart out on the road. For some reason we suck in EDM. I’m nervous.
We wasted a golden opportunity to get a 3-1 lead with Skinner in. Now they’re gonna role with Pickard who everyone knows is the better goalie… this already impossible series just got a lot more difficult, god save us.
Can't wait to see the Oilers win and watch all the Panthers and their fans go home cryjng
I'm a born and bred Edmonton Oilers fan, and I 100% feel your pain brother. Our Oilers have absolutely done this to us, and I think they have collectively contributed to the increase of stroke and heart disease in the Edmonton fanbase.
Despite the loss, Florida is a ridiculously good team (despite my borderline hatred for players like Bennet and Tkachuk.. who are also good.. i just don't like them XD ).
As you said, this series is absolutely not over, but it has been absolutely one of the most entertaining sporting events in recent memory, period.
Let's all just try and enjoy the ride 🙂

I've realized you can not predict this series just have to watch it unfold, Panthers are a very talented team , Oilers are come back giants , Bob is unbelievably the best in the NHL, Pickard is the confusion for the panthers , first 3 goals from the panthers i felt my blood pressure sky rocket
While you can ask how the Panthers can give up a 3 goal lead, Oilers fans can ask how they can play like s$%t in game 3 and literally give a game away.
First, the other team has a say. It's not like Florida just decided to stop skating. The Oilers had something to do it.
Second, these are the two best teams in the league and I think they're doing things to each other that no other teams would be able to do.
As an Oilers fan, they absolutely have to win on Saturday to have the best chance to win this series. For Florida, it's most likely the same.

You could see fatigue creeping into both teams game. It just happened to bite Florida in the ass in OT. It will be interesting to see who has their legs going after a long flight with only 1 day off.

Everyone likes to roast McDavid for blowing up on his team after game 3 last year in the locker room but that meltdown got his team to win 3 and force game 7 that’s what the panthers needed after letting in 2 goals. I fear this team is too confident and borderline cocky with the success they’ve had over the last few years. The worst thing that could happen in a series like this is give a team hope and that’s what the oilers got with the panthers choking last night. I predicted cats in 6 but now they have to earn every inch of ice and every goal they get from here on out it’s frustrating to see they haven’t learned their lesson
Both teams have so much talent, but also a couple of real dumb guys who can’t help themselves and commit stupid penalties at the wrong times.

I swear this game was a emotional weighing scale for both teams. First the cats we're on top, after the oils made it even and eventually went to go down when Reinhardt scored and in ot that scale was doing jumping jacks till the oils scored which i didn't expect whatsoever. The cat's we're in control in ot and bang Draisaitl scores on redirected shot ???? After the first to me the oils we're done, dead and buried. No way they we're scoring 4 goals on bob but i guess oils aret in the finals for a reason
Watching the game was brutal, saw the exact same start as game three Oilers getting penalties on ridiculous calls and missed calls on the Panthers, being down by three after the first was enough for me to just go to bed, I woke up just in time to see the Panthers tie it then Oilers winning in overtime. 🚑🫀

It's just weird cuz I really don't think that Edmonton has actually beat us in any of these games. I don't know about you guys but to me it seems like Florida has beat themselves in the games they've lost by just not being there.
Don't get me wrong I have a lot of respect for Edmonton's offensive abilities and talent. It just seems like the Panthers don't play with the same intensity throughout the entire game
